Returns and Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange any item, please do so within 14 days with proof of purchase. The School Uniform Merchant reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe that the item has been worn, soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer. The goods must be in the condition they were purchased, original packing with labels still attached.

In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on any of the items listed below:

  • Shirts/Blouses

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within the 14 days set out by The School Uniform Merchant. Any items returned outside of this date will be dealt with at our discretion. Refunds on goods are subject to them being returned back in a saleable condition.

We do not offer a free returns service, we will refund the value of the goods returned, at the price purchased. All refunds will be for goods only. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed or stated.
